Terms & Conditions

Clear expectations for our website and the first steps towards your project.

Last updated: 23 October 2026

01. Website information & enquiries

This website introduces Prolux Construction Pty Ltd and the services available for discussion. Service descriptions are general; an enquiry is not a booking, an accepted quotation or authority to start work. Availability, suitability and the exact scope must be confirmed with our team.

02. Your project agreement

Before work proceeds, the applicable written quotation and project contract will set out the parties, work scope, inclusions, exclusions, price and payment arrangements. These website terms do not replace a project contract or any documents required by law. A project contract governs the agreed work, subject to mandatory law.

03. Scope, pricing & payments

A quotation applies to the scope and assumptions recorded in it. Any estimate is indicative until the required information and assessment are complete. GST treatment, quote validity, deposits and payment stages will be stated in the project documents and must meet applicable legal requirements. No fee or deposit is created by browsing this website or submitting an enquiry.

04. Approvals, licences & specialist work

The proposed scope is reviewed before acceptance to confirm the required licences, specialist contractors, approvals, engineering, certification and insurance arrangements. Responsibilities for obtaining and paying for these items must be recorded in the project agreement. Work requiring an approval or specialist authorisation must not proceed until the relevant requirements are satisfied.

05. Changes & unexpected conditions

Changes to the agreed work, materials or programme must be documented and approved in accordance with the project contract and applicable law. Where hidden damage, unsafe conditions or other unexpected issues are discovered, the affected work may need to pause while the findings and next steps are discussed. There is no automatic authority under these website terms to increase the contract price.

06. Timing, site access & coordination

The project documents will record the agreed programme, access arrangements and responsibilities. Weather, material availability, approvals and unexpected site conditions can affect sequencing; any adjustment is managed under the contract. Please disclose known hazards, relevant property information and access restrictions. Our own safety and legal duties remain unchanged.

07. Insurance repair works

We provide agreed building repair and reinstatement works. Insurance cover, claim acceptance, excesses and funding authorisation are determined by the insurer and the relevant policy. We do not promise claim approval or represent that we are appointed by your insurer. The contracting party, approved scope, payment responsibilities and any work outside the insured scope must be confirmed before proceeding.

08. Completion, concerns & consumer rights

Completion and handover are assessed against the project agreement. Contact our team with any concern, including the site address, description and relevant photos, so the issue can be reviewed. Nothing on this website removes or restricts Australian Consumer Law guarantees, applicable NSW statutory warranties, or other rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. You may also use the relevant statutory complaint or dispute process.

09. Website content, images & links

Images identified as illustrative or design inspiration are not presented as completed Prolux projects. Website information is general and is not a site-specific design, engineering assessment or quotation. You may view and share links to this site; other use of its branding or original content requires permission unless permitted by law. External websites have their own terms.

10. Enquiries & changes to this page

Submitting the enquiry form sends your details and selected photos to Prolux for private review. Please only upload photos you are entitled to share, and avoid unnecessary personal documents or sensitive information. See our privacy notice for how enquiry information is handled. Updates to this page apply prospectively and do not alter an existing project contract.
