How we handle the information and photos you send with a project enquiry.

01. What you provide
When you submit a project enquiry, we receive your name, email, optional phone number and organisation, suburb, project type, description and any photos you choose to upload. You can enquire by phone or email instead. Please share only information relevant to the proposed work and photos you have permission to provide.
02. How we use it
We use this information to review the scope, contact you, prepare a quotation and administer the enquiry or resulting project. An enquiry is not a booking. We do not publish submitted photos as portfolio images or testimonials without separate permission.
03. Who can access it
Enquiries and uploaded photos are held in the website hosting service used by Prolux. The enquiry inbox and photo links require authorised Prolux account access. We may share relevant information with trades, professional advisers, restoration companies or a client-appointed representative where reasonably needed to assess or carry out the work, or where required by law.
04. Storage and retention
We retain enquiry information while it is needed to respond, administer a project and meet applicable record-keeping or legal obligations. Access is restricted, but no online service can promise absolute security. Do not upload identity documents, financial records or other sensitive material through this form.
05. Technical information
The form uses a basic anti-spam field and a limited submission check. Where available, a hashed network address and submission time window are used for abuse prevention. This site does not add advertising trackers to the enquiry form. Hosting providers may process technical request information to operate and secure the service.
06. Contact, correction or removal
Email info@prolux.com.au to ask about your enquiry information, request a correction or request removal. Include your enquiry reference if available. We may verify your identity and may need to retain some records for legal or project purposes. You can also contact us with a privacy concern.
